Included is our full U.S. Embassy support to your Alien Fiancee from our Philippines office. Our office will instruct you and your Alien Fiancee on which forms you need to send to each other, plus we will check them out insuring that they are error free prior to your Alien Fiancees physical exam and then U.S. Embassy interview.
Our support team will also prepare your Alien Fiancee on how to answer U.S. Port of entry mini Immigration Interviews upon her arrival to the states. The Deluxe package also will fill out your Fiancees I-485 Adjust status, I-765 Employment Authorization, and I-131 Advance Parole after your marriage in the U.S. has taken place.

stating that the petition has been approved and forwarded to your Fiancees US
Embassy. Then here is what we offer.
Your Alien Fiancee
or Spouse is only a matter of weeks from needing to attend their US Embassy
clinical examination and K1/K3 Visa Interview. Knowing exactly what is needed
and how to obtain everything can make the difference during the interview.
Here is what
FilAm Immigrations offers your Alien Fiancee or Spouse.
1. We prepare the US sponsors
I-134 Affidavit of support forms and instruct the sponsor about what is
needed in order to complete this requirement.
2. We will instruct the US
sponsor on what items to prepare for the Alien Fiancees proof of ongoing
relationship and proof of meeting within two years.
3. We provide the US sponsor
with an itemized list of required U.S. and Philippines government fees that
your Fiancee or Spouse will need before the interview
4. We provide online support
and instructions to your Alien Fiancee or Spouse with all required forms
that are needed prior to their US Embassy Interview. Nonimmigrant visa
application DS-156, 156K, 157.
5. We provide your Fiancee or
spouse with NSO needed items, documents, information about their NBIS
Clearance and if applicable other Country police records.
6. We instruct your Fiancee
or Spouse on how to set up and put together their case files needed at the
clinic examination and their US Interview. This is very-very important.
7. We do online "Mock
Interviews" using Yahoo or Skype audible and visual chatting. This is an
important part of preparation and each individual is different so we work
with each applicant ongoing until we feel satisfied that they are ready.
8. After your Fiancee or
Spouse has received their visa approval, they will need to proceed to the
Philippines government CFO to attend a mandatory seminar. We will instruct
them on when and where to do this.
9. You Fiancee or Spouse will
need to undergo another US Interview after landing at the US port of entry.
We will in advance instruct them about what will be needed and what
questions will be asked.
