All Sponsors and all Alien Fiancee's or Spouses are required to gather passport style photos for USCIS petitions and Non digital 4 x 6 color pictures of the couple together.

Composite Check List Requirements

The Composite checklist below is to be used as a guideline for our Sponsor and Beneficiary clients. All Sponsors and Alien Fiancee's or Spouse are required to have passport style photos made.

The Sponsor and his Fiancee or Spouse could go together in the Philippines to have these done together, however you must keep in mind that USCIS requires the photos to not be more than 30 days old before submitting them to the USCIS Service center.

If the Sponsor and the Beneficiary did not take these photos at the time the Sponsor was in the Philippines then no need to worry, because you can both get them separately at a later date.

The Sponsor needs to have (2) of these made then hold on to (1) and give the other (1) to his Fiancee or Spouse with his full name printed on the backside, using only a pencil or fine black felt tip pen.

The Beneficiary needs to have (6) of these made and give (1) to the Sponsor then keep the other (5) to use later for the Interview. Again please print your full name on back of all the photos using a pencil or fine black felt tip pen.

Make sure that the photos are 2x2 with a white or whitish pale blue background. Also make sure that the photos have a glossy finish do not accept a matted finish. Best to tell this to the photo studio before they make the photos.

ATTENTION:

All Alien Fiancee's or Spouses. Please do not make the mistake of getting Philippine style passport photos because they are the wrong type and will be considered unacceptable by USCIS.

All U.S. Sponsors must meet their Alien Fiancee or Spouse in the Philippines to make pictures of the couple together. The USCIS will not accept digital pictures but you can use your digital camera but please remember to later have your selected photos put on regular film paper.

There must be a minimum of (6) color photos submitted standard size 4 x 6. USCIS requires pictures of the couple without hats or sunglasses and preferably facing the camera.

Best to send in a variety like one at the Mall, another at the beach, at home, at park, at church, on the front porch etc...

You want it, to like like you spent quality time together, so each picture should be a different setting wearing different clothing and holding each other hand in hand, arms around each other, her sitting on your lap, etc....

Full body shots are acceptable and close up's but not to close, please do not send in blurry pictures please print your full names on back and date each photo also specify where the photo was taken at.
